bake at 400 f for about an hour along with 2 or 3 onions
remove seeds and scrape pumpkin flesh and baked onions into food processor or blender
add water or vegetable stock
add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper to taste

This reminds me of the pumpkin soup I had eaten at my Korean friend's house. I'm pretty sure this is going to be just as tasty and nutritious.
